The Five Parts of the Chapter Meeting

Opening ---This is the time when the boys come and have something fun and/or something that interests them. This is a transition time from what happened during the day to the time when you get started with the rest of the meeting. You can have magazines, puzzles, or camp craft that leads into the meeting theme. (5-10 minutes)
Virtue Exploration ---This is the time when mission stories, testimonies, or other activities explore the virtue that is focused for the month. (R.A. Motto in September or March.) (10-15 minutes)
Mission Game and Activities ---This is the time when fun crafts, activities, or games help the R.A.'s learn about the virtue or mission skills. (10 minutes)
Personal Growth Plan Time ---This is the time where the R.A.'s share what they've done to keep their commitments, a time of personal reflection on virtue, and time where the leader offers help or assistance.(10 minutes)
Closing ---This is when the R.A. leader reminds the boys about their mission story and how it applies to their virtue; a time to pray for the boys, missionaries kids (M.K.'s), and missionaries; and have a game and/or other activity planned while the boys wait to be picked up.(10-15 minutes)
